Mike...it's not easy. But it's so worth it. I workout...a LOT...I eat less...I try to stay balanced. Really, it's just a change in lifestyle. I'm quite literally not who I was when I began this journey. And that has little to do with what I weigh! Thanks for checking in on the blog!
